I headed down to House of Blues on a Monday night to see Mac Demarco perform. The set was amazing, better than I thought.
Mac began the night with “Salad Days”. This was the first song I ever heard from him, and it’s (arguably) one of his most popular songs. From that moment on, the atmosphere held a loving kind of vibe that I don’t always see from crowds.
Also, their guitarist was barefoot and that’s the first I’ve seen of that. I’ve seen lots of artists without shoes on, yes. But, barefoot? That’s a first.
